Cavish were appointed following successful tendering process with a new client, Barnwood Construction. The scheme to construct a new Sports Changing Facility and Community Centre on behalf of Robert Hitchins Developments commenced with cut and fill analysis and3D modelling of the earthworks. The project drew further on Cavish’s capabilities with the following elements.

• Cut, fill and extensive cart away exercise utilising 3D GPS control plant and equipment.Controlled by 3D models produced by our in-house engineer.
• Traditional foundations and ground floor slabs.
• Drainage and adopted connections.
• Construction of permeable and non-permeable car park areas.
• Extensive paved public realm areas.
• Builders work for incoming services.

The project is ongoing and currently working towards a September 2024 completion.
